When you select your perfect Scottish Foldery kitty, our sales contract will cover a number of items, including but not limited to:

☆   A kitten/cat purchased from Scottish Foldery cannot be resold or given away to anyone or any facility.
☆   A kitten/cat purchased from Scottish Foldery will not be allowed to roam outside without supervision/leash. This kitten/cat will be kept indoors.
☆   Scottish Foldery does not advocate declawing a kitten/cat.
☆   Scottish Foldery will provide TICA registration papers for kittens/cats sold once certain conditions are adhered to.
